General Festival Rules
- Respect the Vibe – We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
- Wristbands Required – Must be worn at all times. No wristband = no entry.
- No Soliciting – Unauthorized sales or promotions are prohibited.
- Prohibited Items – No illegal substances, weapons, drones, fireworks, or Chinese lanterns. Violators will be removed.
- No Outside Coolers – Day/weekend ticket holders cannot bring coolers onto the fairgrounds.
- Bag Checks – All large bags, backpacks, and strollers will be searched upon entry.
- Seating Rules – Chairs must be under 30” in height. No pop-up tents, umbrellas, or other viewing obstructions in spectator areas.
- Smoking – Allowed only in designated smoking areas.
- Fairgrounds Access – Day ticket holders must leave by midnight. Campers may enter at any time with proper ID.
- Weather Policy – The festival is rain or shine. Emergency instructions will be broadcast in case of severe weather.
- Cell & Internet Service – Spotty at best—prepare to unplug and enjoy the music!
Camping Rules
- One Vehicle Per RV Site – Additional vehicles require a $15 fee and must park in designated areas.
- Quiet Hours – 11 PM – 8 AM. Respect your neighbors; acoustic picking is allowed if not disruptive.
- Campfires – Only allowed in off-ground fire pits, subject to Fire Marshal approval. Use designated ash cans for disposal.
- No Pets – Only registered service animals (documentation required).
- Coolers in Campsites Only – No kegs allowed.
- No Unauthorized Vehicles – No golf carts, ATVs, or motorized vehicles unless ADA-approved. Bicycles allowed until dusk.
- Generators – Allowed 8 AM – 9 PM only.
- Check-In & Check-Out
- Arrive Thursday at 9 AM or later (no early lining up).
- No late-night check-ins without prior approval.
- All vehicles/trailers must leave by Monday at noon.
- Campsite Sizes
- RV sites: 40’ x 30’ (one trailer per site).
- Tent sites: 20’ x 15’ (two vehicles allowed). Additional sites must be purchased in advance.
- Water & Showers – Drinking water is free. Showers are free and available on-site.
Accessibility & Handicap Services
- Parking – ADA parking will be available (permit required).
- Restrooms – Handicap-accessible stalls available.
- Fairground Access – Terrain is mostly grassy; a flat area near the stage is available for wheelchairs.
- Electricity – Charging available for wheelchairs and oxygen units.
- Showers – No designated handicap showers.
Additional FAQs
- Kids – Children 16 and under are free with a paying adult.
- Payments – Black Bear accepts credit cards for tickets and merch. Most vendors accept credit, but some are cash-only.
- Lost Tickets – Visit the customer service booth with ID for assistance.
- Arrival & Entry – Campers enter through the Camper Entrance and must check-in before setting up.
