Big changes are happening for Black Bear Music Fest 2024! We’re moving to a new home at Harwinton Fairgrounds and a new time of year in August—all to give you a warmer, more comfortable, and even better festival experience.

If you already purchased a ticket for the festival, you might be wondering, “What does this mean for me?” We’ve got you covered! Below, we’ll walk you through your ticket options.

🎟️ Your Ticket is Still Valid!

First and foremost—your current ticket is still good for the new dates and location. You don’t need to do anything if you’re still planning to attend!

• 📍 New Dates: August 22 - 24th, 2025
• 🗓️ New Location: Harwinton Fairgrounds, Harwinton, CT

Your ticket will automatically transfer, so just show up and get ready for an unforgettable weekend of live music, camping, and community!

Can’t Make It? Here Are Your Options

We understand that this change might not work for everyone, so we’re offering flexible options for those who can’t attend in August.

Transfer Your Ticket to 2026

Love Black Bear but can’t make it this year? You can roll your ticket over to the 2026 festival instead. This way, you don’t miss out on the experience—you’ll just get to enjoy it next year!

If you’re unable to attend and don’t want to transfer your ticket, you can request a full refund. We appreciate your support and hope to see you at a future Black Bear event!
